Accessibility Statement

Stalkwear wants everyone to be able to browse and buy from our store, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities.

What we do

• The store can be used with a keyboard only, with a visible focus outline on links, buttons and form fields.
• Pages use clear headings, labels and landmarks, so screen readers can follow them.
• Text and buttons have enough colour contrast, and we never use colour alone to show information.
• Product images have text descriptions where it matters.
• Pages work when zoomed in up to 200% and on small screens.
• Animations are reduced when your device asks for less motion.
• Form errors are explained in text, next to the field that needs attention.

Personalisation and size guides

Personalisation fields are normal text fields that work with keyboards and screen readers. The live preview is a visual extra: what you type is exactly what we print, so you can order without seeing the preview. Size guides open in a dialog that can be closed with the Escape key.

Another way to order

If anything on the store stops you from ordering, email support@stalkwear.com with the product link, your size and any personalisation. We will place the order for you and send a secure payment link — at no extra cost.

Known limits

Some parts of the store come from other companies, such as payment forms, chat, reviews and tracking. We choose partners who take accessibility seriously, but we cannot fully control their content. If one of them causes a problem, please tell us.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is ongoing work. We test new features with a keyboard and a screen reader before they go live, review the store regularly and fix problems as we find them.
